When is Opend6.com meant to premiere, is it at Gencon or at a later date?

Also a shout out for all those who are working on the Opend6 content, as a fan I thank you. I've always loved the d6 system and I pray that its future is a huge success.

    thanks

Will there be an OpenD6 beta before the official release at GenCon? I'm sure this answer has been posted elsewhere but I have been unable to find it.

That would be a short beta if it is GenCon this year... heheh

Man, I wish I was in Indy this weekend. I always had a great time when I went to genCon, especially gamemastering.

In regards to a beta release...

Well, we were planning on skipping the beta release in favor of a push for a GenCon live release. However, time got the better of us and OpenD6 was unable to be launched for GenCon. This was partly due to the remaining polish needed for the website and partly due to the fact that the servers that will house OpenD6 aren't quite ready to go live.

Because of that, we will likely do a closed beta for testing purposes once the server is up and running. We should have that going within the next 2-3 weeks. After collecting some info from testers, we will then open the registration to the public.

OpenD6 is right around the corner!

Who are the beta testers being pooled from?
