How would you guys simulate some of their Feats of Force in D6. Like the Force Push "Sphere" that shoves all it touches, or the Waves of energy, and the TK that can crush Walkers. For the walkers I guess something like TK Kill would work?
Some I guess is probably staring me right in the face.... things tend to do that with me.
Well....
Thanks for Reading

Some of us at the RancorPit forums have converted a fair few of these things. Now, not EVERYTHING is converted, mind you. We haven't done anything so powerful that allows you to crush walkers with a single roll of the dice, but we've got most of the new Force Powers converted that seem applicable under the same game mechanics. You can find that in the link in my signature. Look at Saga to D6 Conversions, and you'll see a list of the conversion books we've done. Force Unleashed is in there.

Some people have suggested that we do "Unleashed Points," where you can trade three to five Force Points for one Unleashed Point where you can triple or quadruple your roll when you spend them. However, even the d20 mechanics are more selective than that. They require that you can only use an unleashed feat by spending a Destiny Point (similar to Force Points) and only when the action directly coincides with your character's destiny, as described in your backstory.

while I like the chart and the way it is done just one question... does the Alter roll double as the to hit roll vs an opponents defense skill or do you have to use absorb/Dissapaite energy vs the attack?
I think making a control roll for a to hit would be appropriate, in the same vain as TK's throwing to hit... it still is a base Alter power but when used to attack someone you would need to roll control.
What do you think?

For which power? Repulse doesn't have a difficulty "to hit" per se, as it's kind of an area effect power. I'm also not sure why absorb/dissipate energy would help since it's not usable to resist TK.

Or am I missing the nature of your assertions?

Force Blast it mentions that it can be used for sinister thing, of which I assume is using it against a lifeform or droid. This usually entails a to hit roll... non is mentioned. I was thinking a Control roll, not to make the power a C/A power, but along the vain of 2ndR&E's TK of using control as a to hit when used in a certain way, in this case using the Force Blast power on a mobile target. or is this power only indented to be defendable against Absorb/Disapaite energy?

Personally, I would say neither of the above. The difference between the damage of Telekinesis and Force Blast is in exactly what is doing the damage.

I see now that we omitted how someone is to avoid the damage, but looking at how the power has worked in the game, and having quite a lot of experience converting Force Powers, I would say that the only way to avoid the damage would be a dodge roll.

The reason for this is that it isn't the manipulation in the Force itself that causes the damage. You are using the Force to stir up air and debris and firing it in one direction. It's the projectiles that harm the person, unlike choking someone or crushing them with telekinesis. An additional control roll doesn't seem out of the question to avoid the oncoming debris, nor does a dodge roll vs. the alter roll.

Just my two cents.
