I am looking for WEG related websites so that I can create a page with fan sites.
If you know of a good resource please let me know- if it checks out it will be added to the upcoming page.
Thank You

I know you just started and there's already a lot of stuff, very cool.
Is there some way you gonna organize links and resources? Because it's already not too clearly arranged ;)
If there would be categories (let's say, general d6, torg, star wars etc.), some links need to be in more than one. Some sort order would help as well, maybe also a ranking system. User ratings or even comments might help others to sort through the amount of material. What do you think?
Keep up the good work! :)

I know its not in order and I wanted to get the resource up, but I have planned to go back and edit the page so things are in some kind of order.
That along with adding more content is my next project :)

I clicked through a few of them and some were dead links. Can't remember which ones at the moment, it was late and I was tired. :D

I've reviewed the list and sent it on to Mike, so in the next version the dead links will be removed.

I have 3 downloadable Star Wars D6 supplements in pdf form at my blog. The blog's is mostly not Star Wars or gaming. Should I list the pages?

The Dead links have been fixed (let me know if you come across any more) and the material is now grouped together by category to make it easier to find things.

Yep, thanks. The page has been fixed and everything is in categories so things should be easier to find.
Now people can keep sending me the links and I can build the page up even bigger.

OK, here they are:
1. The Net Guide to Spleens (http://www.hishgraphics.com/blog/pivot/entry.php?id=9) (includes d20 stats as well)
2. Worlds of the Enteague Sector (http://www.hishgraphics.com/blog/pivot/entry.php?id=120)
3. Cracken's Collection of Crazed Crackpots (http://www.hishgraphics.com/blog/pivot/entry.php?id=376)
I might recreate #1 with only D6 stats and updated artwork when I have some time.

Whenever I finally get around to doing a site update, it'll be there. But the way things seem to go whenever I start working on an update it's probably going to be a while. :(

Welcome aboard!
And I couldn't quite tell from your site....are you working on a fantasy type setting or an adventure type setting?
Viriatha

I am not entirely sure of the difference, since to me adventure is part of all settings, but it is very much fantasy based in several of the realities of feudal kingdoms and economies. Magic, for instance, exists. Dragons exist :)
Forgive me, but I'm fairly new to West End products - I only got the D6 Fantasy book 5 weeks ago.

I believe the question was whether you were basing your game on the D6 Fantasy ruleset or the D6 Adventure ruleset. The two are very similar, but slightly tweeked to fit their specific genre types. D6 Fantasy is for, obviously, fantasy campaigns whereas D6 Adventure is targeted to a more modern campaign, and again D6 Space is targeted to more science fiction or space opera campaigns.

You might want to add a section for the current D6 licensees like Khepera Publishing.

I think a new forum section between WEG Games and Play By Posts Games would be a good place to start. We would already be able to create a forums for Khepera's Godsend Agenda and D6 Powers to get the section going. And a place for future licensees to add forums.

I am not sure why they couldn't just post in the D6 section. They have a seperate area for licensees on the official WEG forums and they sit mostly dead. Even before this site existed, there wasn't that much traffic. They could easily just post in the D6 section. It would keep that section busy and active.

I agree.
Fewer sections is better as then all of it is together and creates a more involved community.

Yep. too many sections cause people to be spread out too much and causes the traffic too to be too spread out.
Licensees can post threads for their products like this:
[Product Name] Title of the thread

Many have probably seen these fanbooks, but I didn't see the site on the list of D6 resources...
Game Resources for the Star Wars D6 RPG (http://krapz.free.fr/)
The fan-made sourcebooks (http://krapz.free.fr/html/fanbooks.html) are pretty slick looking. Lots of stats compiled from various D6 books, plus conversions from D20 books. Very thorough. Most are well-over 150 pages of stats and pictures, the spaceships book is 336 pages!

Yes, I have printed out and binded copies of the books and use them for my current star wars games. They are great
