New Orrorshan Horror based on the Sondheim opera: Sweeny Todd.
Where a Demon Barber sets up shop, the shaves are always TOO CLOSE.
On the Isle of Victoria, many that go missing did so by sitting upon the wrong barber chair.
Often attended by other horrors that can also imitate humans, who often operate another nearby shop selling those killed as meat pies.
True Death varies but often is a rather poetical death by the very straight razor they wield.
Who says being cultured isn't useful?

This will possibly lead to the habit of men going in groups to a barbershop and therefore of similar horrors taking up the role of "good friends" who tag along to the shop, leading to a disappearance with numerous "witnesses" (those "good friends") noting that the shave went off without a hitch and the fellow wandered off afterwards on the way to something obviously unsavory and possibly dangerous as he would not allow his "good friends" to tag along.
"Good friends" also might be the sort of "bad company" Horrors that operate as a sort of bad intentioned peer group leading a proper Victorian astray.
