I have started a Wiki for the WEG fan forums called WEG Wiki.

It can be found here:

Please come and add or edit pages. The goal for this site is to be the ultimate West End Games support site so please come add whatever information you feel is important regarding West End Games.

Great idea! I posted a blog post about the Wiki already and linked your WEG history page, which was a very interesting read. I hope a lot of people will contribute to the wiki!

Thanks. I thought it would be a good idea to compile all of the information in once place.

Sadly, you will need to reregister. It's a totally seperate piece of software which I cannot intergrate users into.

I am trying to get the word out as much as possible so all WEG fans know we are here.

We are growing and nearing the 200 person mark. Hopefully, once Open D6 comes out it will help the site grow.

Just an update- I know some people are having problems with the Wiki and if you run into any Wiki related problems please post them in the trouble tickets thread and not here.

Not that anyone has yet, I was just letting everyone know.

Looks like I need to switch the wiki software because there are just too many problems with the current software.

But dont worry, the wiki option is not going away.

Depending on the software, you might be able to integrate it into the vBulletin login system via a module (which you might have to write). I believe Wikis like MediaWiki (the code that drives Wikipedia) allows for just this functionality in their authentication system.

Thanks, I will check it out. I was working to get the new chat room up and running.

This way people can get there either by the web interface or by IRC application.

I have downloaded Mediawiki and I am going to try to install it. So far, I believe my hosting provider fits the requirements

The New Wegwiki software is installed and should be working. I have used it and it is great. It not only is the same software Wikipedia uses, it has a lot of great features.

Do a search on a page that hasn't been created? It will ask if you want to create the page.
