I just want to say if anybody has any issues with anything I am doing, then come out and let me know. Whether it be a decision I have made to include or exclude something. Whether my vision for the web site is totally ridiculous. Whatever...

Please come out and tell me. I do not hold anything personal. What I do not like is chatter behind the scenes and gossip to float about. Leave that stuff at the door.

I haven't heard anything and that isn't why I am written this. Just wanted to let you guys know that I am an open guy and very cool headed. You can tell me anything with no backlash. If I think you have a case, I will look into it and maybe change whatever my initial decision was. If I have strong reason to do whatever I did, and you don't convince me otherwise, I will tell you so.

I am blunt and upfront about things. No need to beat around the bush and try to sugar coat things. You get a lot more done this way. So I hope you do not take things personally as well if I come back to you and squash your idea/comment. :D

I am just looking forward and don't want the develope to start and in the middle of things find out a bunch of people kept quiet about things they didn't like.

It's good to know this. I don't like to hurt anyone's feelings, but if I know they're not going to take things too personally, I'll gladly offer up my 2 cents.
