First question deals with the Miraluka and their Force Sight wouldn't the Vong appear as blank spots or holes/voids in their vision and thus immediately be noticeable? In the books the Vong are described as a Void,a hole to fall in, instead of slick ice that is slid over.
Second question is about PbP. I'm considering running a game and previously to this I've ran only TTRPGs. Is there anything I should keep in mind for running in this form?
Thanks For Reading and Responding

Regarding your second question: here are some rules of thumb (that as a previous player in my PbP you will know quite quickly that I DO NOT always adhere to! lol)
- Keep a tempo. Pick how often you will commit to posting, and keep at it unless your house is on fire or your kids just ran over your foot with an ATV. Let your players know what that tempo will be, and the exact time by which you will post again. (this one , I suck at, but I'm working towards it). You can ALWAYS backtrack and edit/fix posts if case someone REALLY wanted to do something different then what you npc'd them doing.
- Gather as much information about character "intent" as possible from each posting. This would include from the players as many possible Dice rolls as they can think you'd POSSIBLY need, but then ask for some JIC or "Just In Case" rolls to be added near bottom of their posts, drum roll please, Just in case.
- Keep a document online that includes ALL of the characters sheets in one place. Make it public, but only allow yourself to EDIT so that you force yourself to be in tune with what the characters current condition or equipment is. That's not a trust issue, that is just a means of forcing your involvement. I highly recommend the usage of docs.google.com or http://www.obsidianportal.com/ to keep campaign information tidy in. Alternatively, in a Game Info thread.
- IF your GM/Posting MUSE is NOT STRIKING, step away for a day. Even if the Rule #1 is broken, it's always better to wait a little bit, and strike when the MUSE is hot.
- BUT, when in doubt, a good three sentence paragraph is better then nothing.
- This is an important one, that I've NOT done lately. Always end your post in a way that ALL players can act upon or provide input upon it. This avoids the injected delay of waiting on one character to reply before all can act or take part in some way. This is a little bit of a gray area. You have to juggle it out a little bit, depending on how much action is due to be run in your PbP.
I've had a LOT of failed PbPs, and am only learning what works and does not work the hard way, living with it. And that includes living and dealing with your own life issues. Tempo Tempo Tempo, is key. Pick a realistic tempo, and stick to it.
Anyhow, hope the 2 cents help you...

Any thoughts on the Miraluka?

Have Mirulaka either use their Sense dice for Perception rolls or treat them as blind with regards to Perception-based rolls but also add their Sense dice.

In regard to them perceiving Vong? A sense/Perception roll with Blind Modifiers?
