Although the majority of these are on the links page, I just wanted to toss them all out at once for everyone to browse - I've gone on at length about the Matrix and Appleseed games, but Starcraft and Neverwhere are pretty awesome too, and since they don't get the attention they deserve (IMO), I present for your amusement and edification:
Buffy D6 (http://buffyd6.tripod.com/): boyfriends, bad grades, Apocalypse on a weekly basis. Try life in the world of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Evil Dead D6 (http://evildeadd6.tripod.com/): Action. Horror. Schlock. Blow away deadites and raise undead armies in the world of the Evil Dead movies.
Appleseed D6 (http://appleseedd6.tripod.com/): cyberpunk role-playing set in Masamune Shirow's Appleseed.
Starcraft D6 (http://starcraftd6.tripod.com/): fight for the future of your species in an RPG based on the best-selling computer game Starcraft.
Neverwhere D6 (http://neverwhered6.tripod.com/): Enter the mysterious world of Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere. Explore the undercities of the world, make new friends, and try to convince them not to kill you...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought most of those were Legend, not D6.

Well, I'll gently correct, 'cause I like ya!
Only Appleseed is D6 Legend - all the rest are D6 Classic. The Matrix rules he did are dual-statted for both systems.

Maybe we need to have a group project to update them to the current version of D6

There's not really enough difference between the D6 Mike Lynes based his efforts on (D6 from the Star Wars, MiB, Metabarons era) and the newest iteration from WEG to require that.
Anybody should be able to use a character from, say, D6 Adventure in a D6 Neverwhere campaign with extremely minimal effort...

What are the real differences between the two? I was just thinking about doing it as a project and to make it easy for everyone, thats all.
Thought maybe a forum project might bring more interest and activity to the site.
