First step to deciding what is needed is deciding what is already present.
Thus an attempt to codify not only the the description associated with each Cosm but also the terminology of that description.

Core Earth: Modern Action Film reality

Aysle: Fantasy reality. (this needs more as it isn't specific enough mock-Arthurian? Tolkein-esque?).

Terra: Cliffhanger/Golden Age Supers(Pulp) reality.

Nile Empire: Cliffhanger/Golden-Age-Supers(Pulp) reality [plus Egyptian motif].

Marketplace: Near-Future Noir Dystopia

Takta Ker: Primitive reality

Merretika: Primitive Cliffhanger (Pulp) reality

Orrorsh: Gothic Post-Apocalyptic Horror reality

Magna Verita: Dark Medieval [with or without cyber elements]

Tharkold: War-Torn Post-Apocalyptic Cyber-Nightmare Dystopia

If there is interest I'll explore this further.
Such as offering a description of sorts to the terms above as I see them.
Maybe others could attempt to either define a term themselves or clarify a description?

You forgot one.

Star Sphere - Space Opera/Survival Horror

Though cleaning the Survival Horror out of my Space Opera was always on my to do list.

Aysle: High-Magic Fantasy Reality - or High-Magic Western European Fantasy Reality

Marketplace: Corporate Espionage Reality (Now with Chopsocky flavor). Or Cyberpunk (Now with 95% less Cyber)
I found it amusing that the classic Cyberpunk Genre is actually better represented by NT, with its robots and power suits, than the Cybernetic reality of the Cyberpapacy.

Likewise CP almost works better as a analogue of WWII Europe than Terra (which is almost about to go into WWII) or the Nile which effectively is the Axis powers. (I actually have thought that for the post-War setting, it would better differentiate NE and Terra by having the time-dilation excuse allow Terra to skip ahead to the 50s - with the Green Scare; and Silver Age heroes - focusing more on SHIELD or James Bond types over the guys in the long johns still. And definitely no Superman.)

Anyone see the new set of titles put out by DC?
Its the "nonpowered" DC Universe -- Doc Savage, The Shadow, Batman, etc. that exist in a variant where there are no actual "super powers".
Its the Comic Books turning full circle back to their roots -- with the original "pulp" adventurers of the early 30s.
The new DC collection of titles is "FIRSTWAVE".
It is a collection of characters which should be somewhat familiar:
The Batman
Doc Savage
Justice, Inc.
The Spirit
Black Canary
Rima the Jungle Girl
The Blackhawks

All of which can be read about in the section at the end of the Batman/Doc Savage Special #1 (One Shot).
its a strange sort of world where a very modern 21st century has some decidedly very "1930s-esque" elements.
Could be a nice bit of source material for a remake of Terra at some point.

I have been following some of that. A big point they made wass no Supes as he makes Doc Savage totally insignificant. First Wave is definitely a good modern reference for some of what I was talking about.
