Original Tharkold invasion plans

I am starting up a campagin soon and am having Tharkold show up in Russia on schedule with Kranod still in place as High Lord, with their bridge being dropped near Moscow and the realm expanding west through the Ukraine, Belarus and the Baltic nations, and into Poland.

I know that Tharkold was originally slated to invade Russia before Katrina Tovarish got in the way, but was there ever any official information defining their plans beyond that? Like, in which directions the boundaries would expand once the bridgehead was established?

I have everything ever published, but it has been a few years since I have actually read many of the books and I can't remember if this was discussed anywhere.

I think somewhere in the Infiniverse newsletter WEG said that the Gaunt Man's original plan was for Tharkold, Orrorsh and Nippon Tech to split up Asia while Europe was for Aysle and the False Papacy.

So Tharkold would have mostly expanded to the east and south from the Moscow region, assuming that Kranod stuck with the Gaunt Man's plan once he disappeared into the maelstrom and was no longer able to enforce his wishes. Given the way things developed with Aysle and the Cyberpapacy, Kranod may have decided to strike westward at the easy pickings in Europe instead. Though if you retain Tharkold's enmity towards Nippon Tech that's in the sourcebook, he might instead stick to the Gaunt Man's plans and go east but with the intent of going to war with Nippon Tech over those territories instead of splitting it with them.
