Septimus was talked about a great deal when it was going to be published by WEG and there was a great deal of interest in it.
What was it about Septimus that attracted you to the game?

The sci-fi storyline. I see endless possibilities with this storyline. With such a massive world in the Dyson Sphere and the mysterious alien technology still waiting to be uncovered, I saw that the storyline was only limited to how far your imagination would take it.
You had a political stage set to work with as government and citizens clashed. You had the interaction between the world outside the sphere struggling for survival as well as those captive inside the sphere. Each having to deal with unique environmental issues and both seemingly trying to escape the other.
There are so many directions you could run yor games on that I can't see anyone not liking the storyline unless you hate sci-fi genre.
Still waiting for Bill to give an update for this game.

I liked the interesting sci-fi concert and setting, as well as the fact that Bill is a big Star Wars D6 fan and stated the game was largely based on that system.
I'm still really bummed about it falling through (in addition to the financial situation of WEG in general).

Yeah. I think once Septimus got canceled that was really the begining of the end.
If they couldn't get that product out, then WEG probably couldnt get any other products out.
Very sad to see WEG in this condition
